Showcase on a Sunday - Dinner Theatre Cabaret

Shakespeare McKinney is a 501c3 nonprofit that raises money for local arts organizations. Showcase on a Sunday presented by Shakespeare McKinney is a unique concept pitting local performers against one another to be crowned as the "Star Performer of the Night". Your ticket to the event will include a seated dinner. Each table will have a "Table Host" who is one of the fantastic professional performers. Each performer will represent a local theatre organization of the performer's choice. Each performer will perform 3-5 musical numbers during the event. The tips gathered from the audience during each of the performances will go into a jar in the center of their table. Tipping is strongly encouraged. At the end of the event we will total the donations and crown a winner or "Star Performer of the Night". The funds raised by each table will go directly to the performers and the theatre they are representing in a 50/50 split. This is a creative way to support our local artists and learn about the various theatres in the area all while enjoying Broadway caliber entertainment and delicious cuisine!
